Reservations
Reservations must be made 24 hrs in advance. A two-night minimum stay required. A 18% service fee is added to every total includes taxes and fees.
One Night Stay Option
One night stays are at the discretion of the owners but possible for an extra $50 added onto the original cost per cabin. Please call 563-277-0049 for One Night Stay option.
Check-in
Check-in is at 3:00pm
Check-out
Check-out is at 11:00am, unless previously discussed. If staying after 12:00pm, there will be an extra charge of $25.00.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Because most reservations are booked many months in advance we require cancellations that occur 60 or more days prior to your arrival are subject to forfeit 10% of the total stay price. Though we will make every effort to fill your cancelled dates, if the cabin cannot be re-rented, you will be responsible for 50% of the full amount if canceled 30-60 days prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for 100% of the reservation amount if canceled under 30 days prior to your arrival date.
We reserve the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation for the entire stay.
In the unlikely event that you must shorten your stay after arrival, you will remain responsible for the full balance of your original reservation.
We regret we are unable to offer refunds due to inclement weather or family / medical emergencies that alter plans.
Reminders
We DO NOT allow Pets on or in the Property.
No Smoking in the Cabin.
*If evidence that this has occurred a $200 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file.
No Fireworks.
No Shooting Weapons on the property.
No hunting or access to hunting from the property.
Please remember to bring your own bath towels.
