Discover the enchanting charm of the Spruce Cabin, nestled atop the bluffs of the majestic Upper Iowa River Valley. With its open floor plan and handcrafted design, this cabin offers breathtaking views that transform from vibrant daytime vistas to tranquil evening scenes, where deer and turkeys meander through nearby meadows.

Perfect for families or couples, this cozy retreat accommodates up to five guests. It features a plush queen bed alongside three twin beds, all set within a newly remodeled space that includes a large smart TV and a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials. The private bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and all the hot water your heart desires.

Begin your mornings with a serene cup of coffee on the porch, watching the valley below fill with a mystical morning fog, creating a mountain-top illusion. Although rustic, the cabin is comfortably cooled by a window air conditioning unit, ensuring a pleasant stay during the warmer months.

Open from May through October, our cabin is just a stone's throw away from world-class trout streams and only two miles from Upper Iowa River access. Whether you're here to fish, explore, or simply unwind, this cabin offers a unique blend of tranquility and adventure.

Things to Note

All of our cabins have exterior security cameras. Please be assured these cameras are not pointed in any cabin or private areas such as the hot tubs. Cameras are only used for safety precautions. We are located off of a 2 mile gravel road. A Four-wheel or All Wheel drive vehicle is recommended in the Winter and Spring months to access the cabins. Sorry this cabin is not suitable for pets or children.

Payment

50% of the total bill is due to Reserve a Cabin. Final Payment is due 30 days before your stay. This will automatically be charged to the card on file. If your reservation is less than 30 days away, the full payment will be due and charged when reservation is made. Note: this may look like a double charge on your card but it is just being paid in full in 50% increments.Your payment, or taking possession of the property after receipt/confirmation letter of the agreement, is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use this property for a vacation rental.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund up to 60 days before arrival; 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival

Prior to Checkout: Please place all used bathroom towels in a pile on the bathroom floor.
Please clean all dirty dishes. May be left out to dry.

Please empty all trash and place in the dumpster.
