Rules and policies to follow

Reservations
Reservations must be made 24 hrs in advance. A two-night minimum stay required. A 15% service fee is added to every total includes taxes and fees.

One Night Stay Option
One night stays are at the discretion of the owners but possible for an extra $50 added onto the original cost per cabin.

Check-in
Check-in is at 2:00pm

Check-out
Check-out is at 10:00am, unless previously discussed. If staying after 12:00pm, there will be an extra charge of $25.00.

Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the total bill is required. Reservation will be confirmed when deposit is received.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to receive refund.

Reminders
We DO NOT allow pets or smoking. Please remember to bring your own bath towels.
